Tom Holley, President and Owner, has over 27 years of experience in the asphalt industry. After receiving his master's degree, Tom joined Standard Havens Corp as a salesman in the southeastern United States. Following his success at Standard Havens, Tom was selected to be the national sales manager at Bituma Stor. He continued in this position where he was directly responsible for their industry leading growth and reputation until Bituma Stor was acquired by Gencor industries.

At Gencor, Tom was the North American sales manager for the entire Gencor product line. At this point in his career, Tom was recruited for the express purpose of developing a professional field sales force for Gentec. His unparalleled success led to his promotion to executive vice president of sales and marketing. At this point Tom was ready to lead his own team.

Because of his extremely varied and lengthy experience Tom is eminently qualified to work with you. He knows the equipment and is intimately familiar with its application. He was a member of the design team for the counter flow drum mixer and for the rotary mixer. These two approaches specifically addressed the increased use of recycle while reducing emissions. Consequently, Tom understands the features and benefits of most brands of equipment. This is especially valuable in inspecting and evaluating used equipment. His varied experience coupled with the years of travel and close personal contact with plants, operators and owners give Tom a unique insight into the needs of the contractor and an appreciation of his perspective.
